Except for Shoebill, What else is there to film inside Murchison Falls NP?
First and foremost is the worry of finding the shoebill, and then comes next is the filming.
Search for the shoebill can be done either by a car if you visit the Birdhide on Buligi track while on a game drive on the North bank of Murchison Falls or by boat afloat the Nile. Our most preferred way of tracking this elusive and rare bird is afloat a reliable small Aluminum boat supplied by Wildfrontiers departing the Paraa Jetty. Shoebill tracking is an early-start affair that kicks off at 07:00 am. The trip is a 20 km journey downstream into the marsh-filled delta area where the Victoria Nile splits into Lake Albert to the southwest and the Albert Nile continuing northwards into Sudan.
