Fort Murchison Lodge is located approximately 10 minutes from the Northern Tangi Gate of Murchison Falls National Park.
The lodge offers a variety of comfortable accommodation options to suit budgets travellers. They have low budget Tents and mid-budget en suite rooms at very affordable rates.

All tents are non-ensuite. They, however, each come furnished with 2 single beds and a mosquito net. Added to the tents are a bedside table and a power outlet for your charging needs. Toilets and bathrooms are communal with showers and flushing toilets.
No need to worry about linen as all bedding and towels are provided.
For travellers with a phobia for tents, and or seek a lot more comfort, there are 12 en-suite spacious rooms each with a comfortable bed(s), bathrooms with countersunk basins and showers with plenty of hot water from solar heaters. All rooms boast a writing desk and a private balcony with its own sofa.
The lodge has a rooftop terrace where most guests like to watch as sunsets over the Albert Nile. All meals are by set menu catering also to vegetarians. Make it a point to ask for a cold Nile Special beer to go with your meal.
**Don’t stay out too long on game drives if you intend to enjoy the terrace views…
Fort Murchison Lodge also has a lovely swimming pool area with drinks and catering to both the adults and Kids.
