DAY 01: TRANSFER TO MURCHISON FALLS VIA ZZIWA SANCTUARY

Early (07:30 am) start from Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park arriving at Budongo Forest in time for lunch. After lunch, your guide will accompany you on a Chimpanzee tracking tour through the lush Budongo Forest. On finding them, you’ll be allowed 01 hours to view, photograph or Film these great cousins of man. Thereafter you’ll continue with the drive to your Lodge/Hotel.

DAY 02: MORNING GAME DRIVE & AFTERNOON BOAT TRIP TO THE FALLS

Early breakfast at the lodge restaurant and be ready to leave for a Safari drive as early as 06:00 am (it is best to leave early in order to catch the morning action). Our game drives are unlimited but often take up most of the morning. Return to your lodge for lunch, and an afternoon siesta.

In the afternoon, you will go on a boat Safari on the Nile to Falls. Return to your lodge for dinner & overnight.

DAY 03: DELTA TRIP, TRANSFER TO Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary

This morning you’ll get onto a boat and head downstream of the Nile to a Point called the “Delta Point”. On your trip downstream, your guide will identify to you a number of different bird species, however, the purpose of our trip down the river is to try and catch a glimpse of the rare Shoebill Stork. Murchison Falls National park is one of the best 9 Places to spot the Shoebill in Uganda – hopefully, you’ll get to see one on this trip. Return to your Lodge check out and transfer to Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary. You’ll stop for lunch in Masindi.

DAY 04: CHIMPANZEE TRACKING & TRANSFER TO ENTEBBE.

Breakfast at leisure; thereafter you’ll drive/walk a short distance to the Briefing point. Here you Will be told So much about the Rhinos that roam the 370sq. Km ranch, and thereafter you’ll go on a guided walk to find them.  Upon finding them you will be allowed up to an hour of viewing & photography. You immediately will return to your accommodation for lunch and then transfer back to Entebbe.

Getting to Bwindi from Murchison Falls to takes a full day (with a very early start).
